Scholarship Instructions

Each scholarship application must be filled out in its entirety or it will NOT be accepted.

Each application:

1) Consists of two (2) pages.

2) Must contain recommendation letters (preferably typed).

3) Must contain the appropriate essay.

4) Must include a copy of your latest transcript.

5) Send completed applications by due date on 2^nd page to:
